Dealing with Stress - Day 3

Hello Blogging world! The success of the 1920s didn't continue to the 1930s, The stock market in America crashed on 1929. People lost loads of money and lost their jobs. It was a very stressful time for us, unfortunately some people still are very depressed and stressed out. One of the Summer Learning Journey asked us if we like excising when we are depressed, for me I don't exercise when I am depressed because I usually won't feel like moving if I am sad. But what are some tips to do if you are depressed? Here 3 things that I do.

  1.  I like to watch YouTube or the Television.
  2.  I like to eat because food is very delicious.
  3.  I like to talk to people about funny things so I get into a good mood.


There are the 3 tips and tricks you might want to try out if you are sad. From making this blog post I learnt that some people also like to exercise when they are sad. It was hard to say if I would exercise when I am sad because sometimes I would but not all the time. It was easy to write down 3 things that I do when I am sad because those are the top 3 things I always do when I am sad.   1. Hey there Amie, thanks for sharing three tips to reduce or relieve stress. It's great to see how simple and practical they are, meaning that people who read your blog can try them out with ease.

    I also find eating food makes you feel better, especially sweet food! Talking to people is a great way to get out of your head and distract yourself. I like going for a walk or a run, basically just getting out of the house. But my main strategy is listening to music, I find it relaxes me. Reading a book is a good idea too, especially fiction.

    1. Aloha Billy, your welcome! I like these tips that I have chosen because they are very easy to use and follow if you are stressed out. Lots of the Summer Learning Journey people really do love sports! Things that stress me out is like homework because every week I have a whole pile of homework waiting to be written on, but sometimes I enjoyed homework. Colouring stresses me out because it is very tiring when you need to colour a whole paper, but the result will always be stunning! What makes you stressed out or depressed?
