The Treaty of Waitangi - Activity 2

Hello Blogging world! For the 2nd activity we had to imagine we were at Waitangi. I have never heard of this place but the views and the fun things we can do really convince me to come. We had to read about the Waitangi, In the Waitangi you can do loads of fun activities, if you want to learn more about the Waitangi click here. We had to list 3 top things that we would dream to do and 1 that you would like to do the most, here is what I thought.

  1.  I would like to send a nice day doing adventure, I like to adventure and discover really cool things I have never seen!
  2.  I would dream to go back to ski on the snow mountain because all the views are stunning and learning how to ski again will give me primary school memories again!
  3.  Lucky last I would like to do water activities because the picture of the water looks so clean and pure. I would even like to take photos of it too.
So now on to the time you have been waiting for which one would I like doing the most!

I would like to go skiing again! Because I love bringing back old memories, even though we just went there this year. I wish I can just do all of these activities that the Waitangi has installed for everyone!

Here is a link to where I found this photo! I hope you liked this blog post, please feel free to leave a comment down in the comments section. Bye! bye! Blogging world!

  1. Kia Ora Amie,

The picture that you have posted on your site reminds me so much of my home country of Canada. Like you, I love skiing down a mountain on a beautiful, wintry day. Speaking of winter, I was just talking to my mom this morning and she told me that it is -20 degrees in Ottawa, Canada today. She and my dad had just returned from a walk and are getting ready to go cross country skiing this afternoon.

Have you ever been cross country skiing? It's quite different to downhill skiing in that you don't ski down a mountain but, rather, through a forest or along a track. Cross country skiing is a really challenging sport that requires you to be very fit. I often find that I get really tired every time I try it!

I hope that you get the chance to try cross country skiing one day and that you and your school mates get to try downhill skiing again, one day, as well.

Until then, keep up the great work with your posts. We would also really love it if you could please insert a link in your post to the website where you found your picture. That way we are attributing the work to the person who originally took the picture. It's called 'image attribution.'
Could you please attribute your image? We'd really appreciate it!

    Best,
    Rachel :)

    1. Talofa Lava Rachel, Wow! You seem like you love excising because cross country skiing actually seems very difficult! I have never been cross country skiing before but it does sound cool. If you are wondering where I learnt how to ski I went to Mt. Ruapehu to ski. I will leave a link to the photo on the blog post, be sure to check the link out i you want later! For all of my photos I have used labelled for reuse so it is not copyright. Thank you for commenting!
