Lord of the Rings - Activity 2

Hello Blogging world! In New Zealand there was this New Zealander named Peter Jackson, he filmed the 3 movies of Lord of the Rings. The first movie released in 2001, the 2nd one released in 2002 and the 3rd one released in 2003. To produce these movies it would cost about $300 Million Dollars which is a load of money! For this activity we had to imagine that Peter Jackson would give that $300 Million Dollars to you. We had to think carefully about what we should do with the money. So here is what I would do.

I would first buy a average house not too big and not too small. Then for transporting I would buy a good car also not too big and not too small. I would buy some grocery's to put into the empty cupboards and some decorations. I would also buy a Warehouse to sell things so I would get even more money! Next I would donate $1 Million Dollars to Charity. The rest of the money could be saved up for the bank and bills. Saving up is a good thing so that you won't be poor once you have bought and donated all of these stuff.

Do you think I spent my money wisely? Well tell me in the comments. I hope you have enjoyed this blog post! Please feel free to also talk about what you would do with the money. Bye! Bye! Blogging world!

  1. Hey Amie,

Wouldn't it be amazing to have a spare $300 million in your bank. I think you have done an amazing job at allocating your money. I loved reading about how you would save the remainder of the money. This is such an important skill to learn in life and a skill that has seriously helped me over the last few years. I think if I was to be given $300 million I would definitely use some money to travel around the world. There are so many amazing places in this world that I would love to explore with my son, Nico. I may even buy a batch in Africa or somewhere exotic.

    Blog you later,
    Megan :)

    1. Guten Tag Megan, that would have been a great and smart idea to travel around the world. Seeing different and stunning places is what I should have written down too. Thanks for the comment!
