Your Future Self - Day 5

Hello Blogging world! Today is the last day for the Summer Learning Journey! I am so excited to see the prizes and write some feedback! But it is also very sad that it is my last day because I will miss blogging due to that my blog is going to be shut down after the Summer Learning Journey, so I can't post anymore but you can still be able to read what I have written. For doing the Summer Learning Journey I have accomplished to finish over 100 blog posts too!

But on to today's activity, we had to imagine that we are graduating from High School. We had to decide what we would like to do next. There are so many options but here is what I thought I would like to do.

When I finish school I would like to travel to America or China again for 1 month like the Big "OE." After that month I would love to go to Auckland University and study being a Artist, Architect or a lab tester. I don't really have a specific job I want to be but I want to become one of those from the above.

Well those were what I would like to do. What would you have done? Please leave a comment about what you would have done! I hope you have enjoyed my 3rd to last blog post! Bye! Bye! Blogging world!

  1. Hey Amie,

Wow, I cannot believe that you have nearly finished the Summer Learning Journey! I am quite sad that I won't be seeing fresh activities from you. You are welcome to continue with posts telling us about your holidays. I will still get notifications so would love to hear about what you are up to.

Wow, travelling to America and China sounds like a very cool trip to do after graduating from high school. The big OE is a popular thing to do in New Zealand between high school and university. Have you thought about whether you would travel with anyone?

I am always amazed at how ambitious you are. The subjects you would like to do at university would give you the opportunity to find exiting jobs in a variety of different areas. I am currently studying at the University of Auckland so it is awesome to hear that you would like to study there too.

    Enjoy your day,
    Megan :)

    1. Hey Megan, I am also sad that I won't be able to talking to such nice people online. I would like to travel with my friends, because they would be very entertaining. University of Auckland is very popular too! Thanks for commenting!

  2. Kia Ora Amie,

Cadence here from the Summer Learning Journey team! Well done at completing this activity.

I think that’s awesome you would like to travel before you start university. I think it’s really important to take some time for yourself, travelling teaches you a lot about life too!

Those are some great options to study at university. I’m curious, what has interested in those career choices?

I just finished studying at University. So this year, I will be starting my full time job which I am really looking forward to!

Hopefully one day I will have some time to travel myself.

    Best wishes,

    Cadence :)
